Steve S. Wang is a licensed and NCCAOM Board Certified Acupuncturist in the State of New Jersey.  He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and spent 24 years working in a large pharmaceutical company.  Although his engineering career focused on the research and development of new prescription medications, he has always maintained a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and natural methods of healing.  In the early part of his career, he studied TCM with Master Tso Yu Chou in the Institute of I- Ching in Taiwan. After moving to the United States, he continued a Chinese medicine apprenticeship with Dr. Tso Ming Chu in New Jersey, and Dr. Yong En Shi in New York.  He is a graduate of the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine in Bloomfield, NJ.  Steve has many decades of clinical experience in acupuncture.  He has a particular passion for working with veterans, and has worked at the Veteran’s Hospital treating pain, injury, and post-traumatic stress disorder. 

Steve has a strong passion and commitment to alternative medicine.  He understands the pros and cons of using prescription drugs, however is an advocate of using acupuncture to promote natural healing and improving bodily function.  He is committed to high quality patient care by demonstrating the natural way to restore and maintain good health. He helps his clients mentally and physically, guiding them towards better well-being.
